FAQ's
You may have some questions about me, about this site, and why I am interested in Trees. I answer some of these questions on my about page. Otherwise, I have answered questions here.
Below are the questions that have been most frequently asked, or that I think you may be curious about.

I often do, but sometimes I get help. When someone I know or someone gets in touch with something that they have learnt or that they would like to share, I will ask them if they would like to write it for me.
Currently, I don't have a formal qualification, scientific or otherwise relating to trees. I do have a strong curiosity, so I research the subjects of my posts well and give the best information that I can find.
I share any of the sources, where I can, on the posts that I write. If you spot anything that you think is factually incorrect, please let me know and I will look into it. Some things are obviously subjective, so it will be mine or the post writer's point of view, and we can't always agree on that.
Often it is from having my curiosity triggered while walking my dog in the woods. I will see something, maybe a tree, I'll look it up, and then write about it, I'm amazed that life is so diverse there is just so much to learn.
I think it would be great if you did. Unfortunately, I can't make any guarantees and it would have to be a post that relates to trees. I'm planning on the site having 3 main sections, basic facts, the tree-search section, growing trees, I'm interested on the growing an maintaining trees, from in the garden to large complex forests, and then the sustainability of trees and the important role they play in the planet's ecology and additionally in our wellbeing.
